  This was my first visit to Arrowhead Harley and I cannot begin to say near enough about the employees and Admin staff. George at the parts counter was amazing, so helpful. Surely an 11 on the 1-10 scale. Then Jerry and Matt jumped in and searched and searched to help George and I find an answer about my tachometer wire on my 03 FLSTC. They printed me diagrams, went and even looked at my bike...twice! Then these helpful son of a guns gave me a few more resources for seats, paint and maintenance requirements etc. What an amazingly wonderful group of men and women. To Eric the GM, you have some of the best personalities / employees helping us bike owners. Even the girls in clothing and accessories were there for questions. It was a great experience I can't tell you how pleased I was when I left. I felt like I was a member of the family. Thank you all for making my drop-in a great experience! Sincerely, George Petru

  These guys have THE BEST customer service I've experienced in a long time. I want to thank Dude, my sales guy for helping me choose a motorcycle to fit my needs and explaining details about the bike. Rob Slagle, the Sales Manager for explaining the numbers, the warranty and just other great products that Harley offered me. He was professional, very nice and answered all my questions even if I had to go back and ask more questions. Ha, Ha! Also, Jon with no "H" Valentine, the finance guy. He made the process easy and painless. On top of that, he entertained me while I was signing my documents. It was a great EXPERIENCE with everyone there. Thank you!!!
