- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Missed my son's follow up appointment due to being sick myself and forgetting to call and cancel. First time this has happened in all the years going here. Got slammed with a $50 no show fee plus a $20 late fee apparently if you don't pay the no show fee within the first 30 days they tack on a $20 late fee. Nevermind if you're struggling financially they'll keep tacking on the fees... oh and all these reviews are right... it's all about getting you back in the office for that follow up visit!!May 20, 2017by Jax Bella
